Text with only link in it

Hello,

I just received a text from unknown number (+ 1 (204) 215-0487) with just the following text (https://cli.re/B5zqwB). I don’t know what is that, it might be a scam but I don’t know and I thought I need to ask someone.

  Welcome to the community!

  Do recognise the phone number? If not, it's most likely that message is SPAM. The providers are doing all that they can to prevent SPAM SMS. You can help by forwarding these messages to 7726 (SPAM) (see here). Once audited, it will be used to augment the SPAM filter. Unfortunately, as fast as these messages get blocked by the SPAM filter, the spammers/scammers find new ways to bypass the filter.

I don’t recognize this phone number and you probably right. However, I tried to forward this SMS to 7726 (SPAM) but the text only includes the link and I was scared I might tap on it and open it by mistake. Which is why I reported it via this forum.
