Text issues

Myself and many people I know are not receiving many of the texts that are sent to them. Reseting devices has not fixed the problem.

I'm sorry to learn that you're having trouble receiving text messages, at the moment.

I'll need to ask you a few questions to better understand the cause of the issue :

- Does this happen with anyone who texts you? 

- Do you know if this happens no matter what phone model texts you? 

- Do you have full reception bars on your device when this happens?
