Fido is overcharging and the rude customer service agent

Fido is probably the worse company. They charged me a hefty amount of 493$ dollar for just 16 days whereas the plan was just for 15$. They say something over the call but in reality the plan is different. When I complained about it, the customer service agent was very rude. Ended up cancelling my subscription with them.

 

Avoid Fido. They are there to make money in a very sneaky way.

I'm sorry to hear that you got some unexpected charges on your bill! I understand that is never a pleasant surprise.

 

Could you please clarify what those fees were charged for and why you were under the impression they would be covered by your plan?
