Text Message Error 2

Hello,

I can't seem to find a thread that talks about this error 2 that i'm getting when trying to send a text message.

I'm getting this when I sent it to only certain recipients.

This is what the error message reads:

"Can't send message with Fido - error 2"

Anyone have a suggestion or solution?

I've never had this error before.  Also I've messaged others and it was flawless.

I am trying to reply to someone who literally just texted me so I know the number not being in service is not the case. I have had this phone for over a year and it has just started doing this this week.

Hi there,

Thanks for replying back.  I found out what happened.  So apparently this error is referring to a number that is not longer in service.  I found this out when I tried contacting the person by another way and found out she is using a different number.  This number that I tried text message to must not be in service.

It has nothing to do with somebody using another phone

What type of phone are you using? Also, is this something that started recently or has that always been an issue?
