Temporary suspension but still being charged full amount of bill

I had temporarily suspended my phone line between 2nd February 2024 to 30th March 2024, and this request was made in January well before February came around. However on 1st February 2024 I received the bill which was still the entire amount of my phone bill EVEN THOUGH the temporary suspension was already in place?? Can someone please explain why?

Depending on your billing cycle and when the temporary suspension is added, it's possible that the suspension would only show on the following bill.


If you want to make sure that everything is in order on your account, you can always contact customer service, who'll be happy to look into it for you.


You should also be able to see the suspension on your line via your online account.
