Temporary suspension (3rd day of billing cycle)

I would like to clarify how I will be charged if I suspend my account temporarily for 1 month. I still have 27 days before the next billing cycle. Thank you

thank you for your reply. Let say I temporary suspend my account, what would be the charges of the main plan? Will it be computed according to the number of days I used it, or will I still be charged 1 full month?

Hello again @happymelo, when you temporarily suspend your plan you will only pay the suspension fee per month and not the actual plan cost, if you are financing a device you will still pay the device monthly fee.

If you resume your plan early your bill will be pro-rated and you will only be charged for the days after the suspension has been removed.

The temporary suspension will be applied at the beginning of your billing cycle and the fee will be charged in advance. All charges will be applied to your invoice and you can pay it as you normally would pay your invoice.
