Hello, i have been trying to find a way to pause my account as i will be living aborad till january 6th. I would apreciate any help regarding this as I'm having trouble doing it. Thank you.
same here. I would also appreciate help...it's super difficult navigating around this website and figuring stuff out by yourself

Temporary suspensions can be applied by the account holder and can span from 2 to 12 months.
In order to better assist you though, you'll need to reach out to us at these channels.This changes requires access to your account.
