Hi canpar,

There isn’t a direct line as the agents will try to do a first line diagnostic . If needed, you would then be transferred to the appropriate department. What is the problem you are encountering?

- 1 514 933-3436 from the U.S.(we accept collect calls)

There is no direct phone number, the first agent you speak to will do their best to help you and if not, they transfer to tech support.
