Taxes for BC number living in AB

the phone ***-***-**** in BC phone number, but the acct holder moved to AB in Jun 2016, there is no PST charge. how to adjust this, I can provide the address

  Welcome to the community!

  The taxes are directly related to the location associated with the phone number you're using (see here). If the account holder is using a BC phone number and lives in Alberta, they will have to pay PST for BC. If they do not wish to pay PST, they will have to switch to an Alberta phone number.
