Talking to a rep instead of Jack

How do you get a live oerson to talk to you o Fido I am sick and tired of talking to  jack and getting nothing accomplished  DO THEY HAVE A PHONE NUMBER THAT GO'S DIRECTLY TO A SERVICE REP.

I'm not sure what is happening with Fido's IVR I also tried contacting customer service and the option to speak with someone just sends you a text for ASK JACK and hangs up. What I did was select to option to make a change and then cancel service and was able to speak with someone, hopefully, Fido can sort that out soon.
