Tablet data usage in Fido app?

Hi, I just received my tablet and I am wondering if i can use the Fido app to track my data usage like I do on my phone. I tried to log in with my tablet number and it requires a code that I am not receiving. The tablet info doesn't appear in the app on my phone. Is this normal?

Hey @amb,

The My Account app isn't compatible with tablets, but you should be able to track your usage on your online account on fido,ca instead. 

Can you try logging in on fido.ca and let us know if you can see the usage there?
