I noticed my bill went up by $3.36 this month, I didn't get any warning that my base price was going up from $58 to $61 dollars. Doesn't Fido usually let your customers know of a rate increase?
Fido does let us know of any upcoming price increases or changes via our invoices at least 3 months before, if you check the last 3-4 months' invoice you should see the notification.
