Switched to Fido, can't send text or use data, can't call in for support

I switched about 48 hours ago... My texting and data doesn't work, and when I call in, the call center is closed. I've been trying all day. FB Messenger is also not giving me any help. How do I get technical support?

Had to wait on hold for an hour, but:

 

-My APN settings were incorrect

-They needed to send a signal to my phone
