Hey! So i recently suspended my fido plan temporarily. And i was told i will be charged 7 dollars per month. But i later checked that the 7 dollars is add ons with my monthly bill which 40 dollars. So I've been charged 47 dollars per month even when I've suspended my plan and not using the services. Is this how it is usually?

That said, generally, a temporary suspension fee would not be simply added to your regular fee. However, in order to verify what has occurred on your account, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter.
