Suspending Account

I traveled to India and contacted the fido support through facebook one June 2019 and told them to hold my account till December 26th. The support told me to pay an amount for suspending my account. I paid the amount and they told me to wait till the payment is received. The payment was made, but they continued to bill me for all the months from June 2019. What should I do?? I have the chat history as proof.

Hello @abhijithraju131,

 

If your line is currently on a contract then it will not qualify for the account suspension. 

 

If it is on month to month then you should reach out to customer service again and have it sorted out.
