I have already stop my wireless number as I moved back to my home. But why am I still getting a billing from Fido? Should I ignore the billing or is there any thing that I can do?

In order to "stop" your mobile services, you can choose to temporarily suspens your account or to deactivate it completely. However, both options are only available by reaching out to us at these channels.
