How to get a duplicate sim card

Hi, I lost my sim card a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to order a duplicate sim card with the same phone number since I am still paying my phone bill every month. What is the process for this and is there any way for Fido to deliver a duplicate sim card to my home address?

Welcome to the community!

You can just call customer service and order and new SIM card and activate it when it arrives, everything will remain the same as before including your phone number.

You can also go to any store and purchase the new SIM card and they can activate it right there.
