Still waiting for a response from Refer a friend escalation team

I got refered to Fido by a friend and then I end up refering a friend to Fido. Both my refer-a-friend cases have been pending. 5 times with the customer care over chat and all they do is to fill a form and it'll be escalated but no resolution yet. Any way of reaching out to the Refer-a-friend team directly over mail or chat? Looks like they haven't looked into my ticket number 278195 for the last 6 weeks.

Keep hounding them; just try to remember that the person you're dealing with doesn't know the details of your situation, so try to be patient with them. It's only their first time seeing your details, but they might have had a similar experience so they may be able to offer a actual solution.
