Still pay my plan under temporary suspension

Hi. I have made temporary suspension for four months since May (as I have been outside Canada) and pre-paid the fee for the suspension ($7/mth). So I thought I would pay $0 for these four months but I found I still had to pay the regular plan despite the temporary suspension. It would be nice if I can get explained.

That's definitely odd. Provided you met all the requirements of the temporary suspension, you shouldn't have been charged for the plan. I will go ahead and send you a PM to look into it.
