Sorry for replying here but apparently live chat is no longer available....I tried it awhile back & that's what it says in the chat with Jack section.

Our live chat service is still available. You can visit https://www.rogers.com/contact/billing-payments and click on the bottom right hand side "Need help?" From there, you will be able to connect with a specialist. Simply type "Agent" to initiate a conversation with our customer service agents.

and how is one supposed to do that when they don't have a rogers account to log into? rogers is really pushing themselves in...

You can dial *611 on your Fido mobile and follow the prompts or message them over social media see here for all the different methods to contact them.
