what the hell is that I keep receiving so many spam calls
they are calling me every 10 minutes !!!!

We've also implemented some features on our network to help deal with this situation that impacts everyone. You can read more about it here and here.
Unfortunately, at this time there's no immediate solution to resolve spam calls. The good news is that the mobile industry as a whole is working on new ways to have this resolved.
