I have 2 plans on my account. One plan I can check out the plans with no issues but the other plan when I click on change plan it's keeps saying something went wrong we working to fix it quickly check back in a few mins . It's been like this for a while . I don't know why??

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your other plan. It's possible your account is not registered as the authorised user for that line, but rather as subscriber user. You would need authorised user access to that line in order to view available options to make changes.
