Some error in my billing dashboard

From the past 3-4 days, I am getting below "yellow mark with minutes over-limit" on my fido dashboard. I have not used my calls over limit neither my internet. So anybody else also facing the same issue?

To get to the bottom of this for you, we need some additional info:

 

1. Do you see the same thing when you log into your online account on fido.ca?

2. Are your app and OS up to date?

3. Can you un-install and re-install the app and let us know if you see the same usage afterwards?

 

Also, it's important to note that if your plan doesn't come with Unlimited Airtime Minutes and you place International Long Distance Calls during the daytime, airtime minutes will still be deducted from your plan.
