Hello. I got a bill on the second day of every month. But it didn't come out this month. How did this happen?
Hmm, that's rather odd. You received the notification by email in the past, correct? Did you verify your spam folder? Maybe it went there for some reason?
Also, did you verify if the invoice was ready through your online account?
