I log into my account but can't seem to find the area to update my sim card.

Hello @Coatingsguy,
Welcome to the community!
If you login to the MY ACCOUNT section on fido.ca, then click on the phone number you want to update the SIM for on the next page at the very bottom you will see Update Sim Card under the QUICK ACTIONS section.
Also you need to make sure you are login as the account holder.
