I recently picked up a new phone that i had ordered online with new plan.
i chose the option to pickup device rather than getting it mailed to me.
When I went to pickup, i was asked to provide ID and the fido person there did his thing. Gave me my phone and I walked away only to get charged for setup service fee. All i had to do was insert my sim card from old phone to new phone. Why am i charged for this?

There should be a credit applied for the setup fee when you place your order online!
When you look at all the pages in your bill details, do you perhaps notice a credit for the same amount?
