September Winners

September  2021 a enter daily contest for a chance to win 1 year of fido service started the begging of September and ended September 29th the contest advertised that winners will be messaged starting October 7th 2021. How come when I go to contest winners the last winners list is Aug 2021. Has anyone been contacted as a winner for the September contest? Now the October contest is running and still no winners for September?
