I got a call from a loyalty rep today who was asking me to update my ID and credit card over the phone - is this legit? They offered me a great plan and wanted me to confirm the deal by updating my info.
Hey @Edix85, this does not sound like our representatives do.
Unless you are making a payment through the phone we will not ask you for your information, and when we do, it's through a secure matter and are agents are not writing the information down.
We take our customers privacy very seriously.
