I know the schedule says it will be available today but that does not mean everyone will get it right away it just means the update process will begin today.
Upgrades are usually rolled out in batches in the event there is a problem with the upgrade it would not affect every device and the update can be halted and fixed.
I'm sure you will receive the update within a few days.
