Same promo for ON as Qc

It is not right that QC should get amazing promo yet here in ON they give us more expensive promo. I know a few ppl in ON got the QC promo as retention after threatening to leave. I seriously started looking around after this BS. Fido isn't looking so good anymore

That sounded like a scripted answer that wasn't really an answer. I would have preferred "this promo only applies to Qc not ON so tough luck" better.
