SIGN IN no longer compatible with old version iOS or Safari?

By the time of new updated of FIDO MY ACCOUNT iOS App version 4.32.1 released , I no longer be able to log in to FIDO MY ACCOUNT app and even by browser safari when SIGN IN with my phone ( model: iPhone 12Pro ; iOS software version: 14.4.2 ), the sign in page went blank and doesn't show any log in interface log box! It used to work all fine couple week before, maybe changes made to compat with new iOS 17, and missing out the old iOS version debug check!! Can the technical department take a look into this problem, thank you.

I have this same exact issue in my iPhone 11. How do I fix this?

That's odd! The sign-in page should still work with the newest app update.

 

If you're still experiencing the same issue, have you already tried to uninstall and reinstall the app? 

 

Should that not do the trick, you can contact customer service at your convenience so they can look into it and report the situation to our technical team.
