Sorry to hear you're unable to avail of Rogers Wifi Hotspots. However, I'm not sure Fido has anything to do with that service. As far as I am aware, Shaw manages the service (see here). If you are having issues connecting to one of those hotspots, you might consider contacting them for assistance.
