Good day,
My Fido phone ordered on Fido.ca got shipped to me in late January however I would love to return it at this time.
Who do I contact to get this started?
I am aware that there's probably a time window for return and I would love to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Sorry to hear you're not happy with your new phone. Fido does have their Satisfaction guarantee. If you are eligible for the guarantee, you would need use the pre-paid return lablel provided with your phone (see also here). If you are unable to locate the return label, you would need to contact Fido at 6-1-1 from your Fido phone or at 1-888-481-3436 from any phone.
