Return Equipment Policy!

Hello there, I would like to ask do we have to return the equipment leasedfor more than 5 or 7 + years. It'smay damage, too old and not work. Why do you want back the thing that isn’t worth it?<3?

It is important to return any leased modems back to us whether it is 5 years or X years old. If you do not return it to us, you can be charged an unreturned equipment fee. Here is a link that explains you how to return it to us:
