Retrieving my inactivated Voice Mail

My mobile plan includes Voicemail, but I realized I've never received any voicemail yet and my friend told me my line doesn't lead a caller to the Voicemail to leave a message. 


I called My Voicemail Center to activate it, and it asked me for 10-digit numbers to retrieve with the pound key.

I pressed my numbers with the pound key to process, but it kept saying "the number is not found"

I tried multiple times but all my attempts failed. 


I also tried this way 

  • Voice Messaging Retrieval Number: +1-416-821-6549

but didn't work. The same situation happened. 

Does anyone have ideas? 😢

I called Customer Service last week, and actually, it is solved now. 

Apparently, there was a tech issue that was blocking my voicemail (I don't know exactly) and a technician helped me out to fix it.
