Retention and customer loyalty

Why is that when one of my lines is tagged with a good promo, I can't have that same promo for my other lines. I been a loyal client for almost 20 years, and it seems mindboggling that none of the reps I have spoken to have any power. I am very tempted now to leave Fido. Used to love the flexbility once upon a time that Fido used to have with their clients. It seems that when Rogers took over that flexbility has been taken away. Quite Sad actually.

Though we're always working on getting the best deals for all of our customers, some of the offers are sometimes specific to certain lines based on various eligibility criterias.
