Required Notice for Fee Increases

I would like to know the amount of notice legally required, for mobile companies to advise of a rate increase?  Additionally, what form of notice is required (ie. direct contact such as an email/notice on bill, or simply posting the increase on a website, etc.)?

Welcome to the community!

 

The service providers are required to give 30 calendar days notice for any changes unless that change benefits the customer eg. decrease in fees or more data.

 

Fido would normally notify it's customers of any changes on their invoice.
