Hi there,

I’ve been done my bills payment n I’m no longer stay in Canada for long while so I would like to cancel my telephone account ASAP please. Send me email if u got any problems, thank u. Hav a good day ;))

We'd be sad to see you leave! 

 

Are you planning on coming back to Canada in the next 12 months? 

 

If so, we can add a temporary suspension on your line at the beginning of a new cycle for a period of 2 to 12 months, if you are not currently under a contract and if you haven't had the account suspended already in the last 12 months. 

 

This allows you to continue with the same plan when you come back! 

 

It is only $7 +tax per month.

im not gonna plan to go to Canada in next 12months so far, so just want to hav a cancellation w/ the account. I think I’m done for all the bills payment .
