I was watcching a movie on my phone at home when I received an automatic notice from Fido that I had used 75% of my monthly data. This didn't make sense as my phone settkngs forever are to switch to my home wifi. However, less than six minutes later a notice popped up I had used 90%!!! When I checked to my surprise only my data was being used. I immediately turned it off. I was no more than ten feet from my wireless router and as a resilt of this technical glitch am requesting that my monthly data be credited to mu account.
