I need a replacement copy of the agreement I was sent when I upgraded my device. Seems no one in store or at the customer service center can tell me how to obtain this? I cant fix my phone without it. If anyone has a solution I'm happy to hear it!

To answer your question, depending on where you bought your device originally, you will have different options:
1. In store purchases: You can get a copy of their agreement at the retail location where it was first issued. If that is not possible, you can go to a Fido store or dealer.
2. Customer care or fido.ca purchases: You will need to reach us out through our available servicing channels to request a copy by mail or email. If we sent you a paper copy, we can send it to you by email or mail to the address on file only. If we originally sent it to you by email, it can only be sent back by email.
May I ask what happened to your device exactly?
