I replaced my iphone SE (classic) a few months ago and just realized the visual voicemail isn't working. Maybe it stopped working because of the new phone?
When I go to my phone app and the voicemail icon, it just has a "call voicemail" button and takes me to audio messages.
I've had visual voicemail for years. Has this changed?
