Hi ,
 I had Fido internet last year but I am no longer using it and I do have Fido Internet . I am trying to register my account. It says account already registered. Pls help

This is a public forum you should remove the personal information you posted.

Since you already had internet it sounds like you already used the email to register for an online account, try the forgot password option to reset your password then try to login again.
