Regarding voicemail set up

Hi, When I call voice mail number, it is mentioning that the number is not valid. I am unable to set up voice mail

Does your plan include voicemail? You can check the details of what your plan offers online or even on your Fido invoice. 

If so, were you able to access your voicemail before? 

Finally, have you made any changes to your account recently?
