Refund to cheque instead of credit card

Hello,

I just cancelled my Fido account and am due for a refund. However, I have moved to a different country and as a result have cancelled my credit and chequing account. How do I make Fido send me my refund as a cheque to my registered Canadian address instead of sending to my pre-authorized credit card? I cannot seem to make any changes through the app as my account has been cancelled
