Refer to a friend program without Reward

Hi there! I referred six friends about 5 months before, technically I should receive 6 rewards after 2-3 cycles. I did receive one, but later I still got charged... Is this normal? I tried to talk with a specialist through the live chat, but the system didn't place me in the queue.

You can only have a total of 5 rewards per calendar year and that also includes the reward if you were referred to Fido also. I would suggest you go over the Refer a Friend process/rules here as it could better help you.
