I'm a newly registered FIDO customer and received my first bill and I was told that the activation fees is waived off but I'm getting it in the bill. I had taken 2 lines for $25 per month, that should be $50 per month + taxes. But my bill shows $173+. Please help?

The account balance says $60+; but the detailed bill say $173+

Very confusing!

Hello @sam2134,

Welcome to the community!

If you activate through customer service or at a store location the $50 fee is always charged the only way to avoid this is if you do it yourself through fido.ca.

Most often stores would have promotions where the fee would be waived but that usually means you will be charged the fee but will receive a credit on your 2nd or 3rd invoice.

Your invoice details should have a breakdown of the charges see here for how to print/save your full invoice details.

If you are still confused after going over your invoice details I would suggest you contact customer service directly and they can better assist you as they are the only ones with access to your account.
