My friend joined Fido using my referral code end of Dec 2020. Months go by with no bill credit for either of us.
I reach to Fido support. Nice guy checks both of our accounts are in good status, should get bill credit. But I should contact the refer a friend program through email@example.com for more details.
Great, I try that too. I passed on all the information a month ago and sent 1 follow up email to see how things are going. No updates, just a message of be patient. Then silence. I'm honestly very disappointed by the quality of customer service.
Anyone else encounter this issue...and had it resolved?
