Hi all, I just ordered a new phone for my spouse but then thought I should have had it done through pick up at a store location (the closest one is in a grocery store so it should be open) but I can't find a way to change this via my account or who to call to figure this out. I wanted to make sure he has the phone by end of next week.
Also, does anyone know why the charges on the account started today when I ordered the phone but I won't have it to use yet? Why wouldn't the charge start when the phone is activated?
