Receiving sms hours late

I received sms hours after they been sent this problem make me loose business. I saw old post about this problem on the forum since 2012 also 2016 none seem to resolve that problem Cant belive fido havent resolve that yet. Thats enough to change to another supplier. I got a Samsung galaxy A70. My signal is always good im in vancouver please help

Try sending yourself a text and see if you get any delays.

Clear the app cache and if you have a lot of text messages try deleting some.
