Few weeks ago I received the payment statement.
On the same day few hours later I logged into my account to pay, and I saw I was already charged for the late pay.
Why does your company allow this scam? I had to reach out to your support to remove that late pay charge.

That definitely doesn't sound right.
The invoice is supposed to be received 8 days after the billing cycle close date.
After that, you usually have a little over 15 days to make the payment.
From what you are saying, this doesn't seem to be the case.
